At TVSMobility Polymeric Products, we have three options depending on your requirements:
Economical Version
- This hose has been tested and approved for “HL1” for R22 and “HL1” + “HL2” for R23; as per EN45545-2.
- Since this hose is reinforced with Polyester, the working temperature limit is +180 deg C (+356 deg F).
Premium option
This hose has been tested and approved for “HL1” + “HL2” for R22 and “HL1” + “HL2” for R23; as per EN45545-2. Since this hose is reinforced with Meta-aramid, the working temperature limit is +200 deg C (+392 deg F) continuous; and 220 deg C (+428 deg F) peak.

Although this hose has not been tested, the raw material we use for this option has been tested and approved for “HL1” + “HL2” + “HL3” for R1, R7, R22, and R23; as per EN45545-2. Since this hose must be used for the “HL3” environment, we recommend only “meta-aramid reinforcement”.
